Easy Adrenal Support for Stressed Out Mommas

(1).  Go for a walk:  Movement is key.  Once you’re able to get the blood flowing, it’ll be easier to focus on the things you need to get done.

(2).  Meditate:  Meditate for 5-15 minutes.  Take a short break from what you are doing and use a free meditation app.  Meditation can quiet  you mind and relax your breaths so you can improve focus.

(3). Stay hydrated:  Hydration is the key to a functioning body.  Try adding a little flow to your water with essential oils, like Wild Orange, Lemon, Lime and Grapefruit.

(4).  Live in the Moment:  Engage in the here and now and don’t focus on the past or future.  Focus on what matters most at this time.

(5).  Change your point of view:  Lie down on the floor and lean your legs up against the wall.  Inversions can help increase brain activity and lower anxious feelings.

(6).  Use Essential Oils:  Essential oils like Douglas Fir, Eucalyptus, Basil or Spearmint promote feelings of calm, a sense of grounding and focus.  Put a drop on your palms, rub your hands together and cup them over your nose.  Breathe deeply.



Easy Adrenal Support Rollerball Recipe



3 drops Rosemary 

3 drops Basil 

2 drops Clove 

Fractionated coconut oil

Combine essential oils in a glass roller bottle.

Fill the remaining bottle with fractionated coconut oil.

*Tip:  Apply1-2 times a day directly over your adrenal glands (mid-back, kidneys) to support healing.
